This is not the Villalobos HHHHHMM scale, the JOURNEYS scale, or the Lap of Love quality-of-life scale — if your vet asked you to fill in one of those, use theirs instead. It isn't a validated instrument either: there's no research-backed cutoff for what total counts as "good enough." Use it as a log to bring to your vet, not a verdict.
