How to measure

1. Wrap a piece of dental floss around the middle of the toenail.
2. Mark both pieces of floss where they meet with a marker.
3. Stretch the floss flat and measure the distance between the two marks, in mm.
4. Repeat on all 4 nails of one front paw and one hind paw (skip the dewclaw) — nails vary in size across paws, and the size chart uses each individual measurement, not an average.
